H. Todd Doobrow, CFP®, RICP®, ChFC®, MBA
“You are a unique individual; shouldn’t your planning be as well? This is a process, an activity, it is more than just a once a year discussion. Successful Planning is an ongoing relationship that relies on communication, trust, and action.”
Todd grew up in Charlotte, NC and started in the financial services sector after graduation from UNC-Chapel Hill. He began his career in the investment arm of two multi-national banks, holding operations and equity trading positions. He soon learned he was adamant about making connections with clients on a personal level and quickly transitioned into the retail sector in 2001. In 2007, Todd and his wife had the opportunity to relocate to Birmingham, AL, and soon thereafter the family experienced an untimely death; he was ultimately called upon to run and operate the closely-held family business. He sold it in 2012 and quickly returned to the industry he loves, with a renewed passion to make sure what happened to him would not happen to any of his clients.
Todd is married to Jennifer, a Periodontist in Cullman. They have a son, Hampton, and a dog, Lulu. The family enjoys being outdoors, traveling, anything Disney, and taking various leadership roles in their community. Giving back is extremely important to each member of the Doobrow family.
